Almond flour chocolate cake is rich, moist and easy for beginners. This gluten-free dessert will entice and activate your taste buds. There is no compromise in texture and flavor when working with almond flour. This flour is made from blanched almonds which are finely grounded.
- Almond flour – 1 cup
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar – 1 cup
- Eggs – 4 large
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
Step 1: In a large bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and whisk them.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, add eggs, vanilla essence and whisk for 2-3 mins. Then, add brown sugar and whisk until combined.
Step 3: Now add the flour mix into the wet mix little by little and combine everything.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 350°F(180°C), pour the mix into buttered pan and bake for 25-30 mins until the tester comes out clean.
