Patties are generally made with minced veggies or meat which are combined with spices (of your choice). Mold to any shapes, bake or shallow fry.

INGREDIENTS

Boiled potato – 2 nos
Paneer – 200 gms
Carrot – 1/2
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Amchur powder – 1/8 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/8 tsp
Italian seasoning(optional)
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

Step 1: Grate potatoes, paneer and carrot.

Step 2: Add all the dry ingredients and knead like a dough, add oil and knead once.

 

Step 3: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C), Take a small lemon sized mix, mold to any shape and align in baking pan. Grease oil on patties and bake for 10-15 mins. Flip both sides until golden brown.

NOTES

  1. You may add any vegetable of your choice.
  2. You can serve with subs.
  3. I have greased aluminium foil with oil and placed on a baking pan for mess free.
  4. You can also shallow fry on your stove top.
